INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain flour (or GF flour)

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder or cacao powder

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch salt

1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c (80g) white choc, chopped

Sea salt, extra

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or 325 Convection). Place dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Add in remaining ingredients (except for choc) and stir until a dough forms. Fold through the chocolate. Roll heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press down on each cookie lightly and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 12-15 mins or until cooked through. Makes 8.
