Friday Fuel: Single Serve Apple Crumble
If you’re after a quick and easy sweet treat, this single-serve apple crumble recipe ticks all the boxes! Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of yogurt - delicious.

INGREDIENTS
Apple layer
- 1 apple, peeled, sliced and cored
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Crumble
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Vanilla ice cream or coconut yogurt, to serve.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 170C. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the apple layer and place into a greased small baking dish. In a separate bowl, stir crumble ingredients until combined. Sprinkle over the apple mixture. Bake in oven for 20-25 mins. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
