  Such a headache of a clothing company! I made the mistake of ordering online, pants were horrible and cheap so I returned. It's been 10 days and the package seems lost because hasn't updated on the tracking. Contacted customer service through email couple times and they do not care if the package is lost or whatever. Avoid this company! A company that makes returns difficult it's always a bad business

  I have been shopping at this store for years and it is always well stocked, organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. On a recent trip Alfie recognized me and asked about my wife who usually is with me. I shared with him that she recently passed away and that I was there shopping with my son. He went over and above normal great customer service and showed me true human compassion. He shared about a tragedy he had experienced in his life and genuinely asked how my son and I were doing. He listened and took time to try to connect on a personal level. He then spent some extra time with my son discussing their shared love of golf and connecting with him. This was more than a normal shopping experience. I am so grateful for they way we were treated and for the kindness Alfie displayed. I want his managers to know what he did and how much we appreciated him that day. He is a true asset to your team!

  A fun stop in Fashion Island! I LOVE Vuori!!! I enjoy their style and high quality designs!! This brand is addictive! I love how they color coordinate, and make this store so tidy and clean! Their clothes are soooo comfortable and not crazy expensive! Extensive selection with fine attention to detail! Great customer service! Overall, this location exudes a positive vibe! Highly recommended!

  I had an awesome experience shopping at Vuori, and it was all thanks to Gavin Yoder. From the moment I walked in, he was super welcoming and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. He knew the products inside and out and made great recommendations without ever being pushy. Gavin helped me find exactly what I needed and honestly, even more than I expected. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable, which isn't always the case when shopping. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what he does. If you're heading into Vuori, definitely ask for Gavin. He'll take care of you.

  the thing i love about vuori is the consistency . every store i visit, the associates are always so nice, welcoming and helpful. this store is organized and spacious. i didnt realize that vuori has swimwear! they had so many cute pieces that you could totally and easily mix and match. vuori prices are competitive amongst their peers but the quality is there and you get what you pay for! located at fashion island. plenty of parking!

  This was my first time stepping into a Vuori, but it won't be my last. I usually wear Alo or Lululemon, but I saw a few pieces I liked and tried them on. OMG, the material was buttery soft (softer than Alo and Lululemon) and I loved the feel of them on my skin. I felt confident and they looked nice on me. I left with a pair of their AllTheForm Pocket Legging in Black for $118 and Energy Tee Long in Riviera Blue Heather for $58. It's such a cute color combo to wear together or to mix and match with other pieces. Since it was my first time, I got 20% off my first purchase. I just had to give them my name, phone number, and e-mail address. And just like that, I saved $35.20.

  Love this Vouri location - been visiting to view the new styles, and am a huge fan of the Villa wide leg pants. Very good rotation of new colors and styles. Staff here is just so welcoming and fun - love seeing them. Shout out to Sophia, I had something in mind and she found the perfect option, taking such good care of clients.
