  It was my first time trying Vuori this past weekend and unfortunately I did not have a good first impression. The staff here lacks basic customer service. I didn't get welcomed in, no one asked me if I needed any help, staff was too interested in talking amongst themselves than offering help to customers. I ended up not buying anything because I refuse to spend money at a place that disregard's customers. Decided that I'll order online instead as I was not happy with the customer service at this location. Staff seems judgemental, like they help you based off of assumed status or looks.

  The customer service at this store is terrible, encountered a lady on the phone who was incredibly rude and rushing me off the phone the entire time, as if it was so inconvienent for her to answer a few questions. I called the store, to check to see if they had a few products in stock so me and my family didn't waste the drive. Don't understand why I was rushed off the phone and why the staff was so rude to me, the attitude was just ridiculous to deal with over the phone. I wanted to introduce my family in Chicago to this brand, as I'm visiting from out of town, we went to the location on Rush Street and they treated their customers much better than this location. Do not recommended this location at all.

  Service is always on point here and they're happy to check back stock and call other stores to get you what you're looking for. Their prices are about half price what you find online for most items. My husband loves their Sunday Performance Jogger- they're a perfect fit. Apparently they also offer in store yoga classes once a month if you bring your own mat. It's free and includes a shopping discount afterwards!

  Friendly staff, it’s my first time shopping Vuori. Will be back! I like that the sales are separated by size in each section instead of crammed all into one rack.

  Natalia went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped! It was clear that there were only two employees working that morning, but I did not feel rushed or neglected. Despite being busy, she was incredibly attentive and made sure to double check the pricing on items I was interested in. She even took the extra step of grabbing a fresh set of strato tech tees for me when the ones I had initially looked at weren’t quite what I was hoping for.

  It’s not shocking that retail stores struggle to survive. The girl working is more interested in talking to her co worker than me the customer. Also knows very little about clothes in the store.

  Love love love love. Much better quality than Lululemon for same price. Much comfier. They don’t use any polyester.
