  I've been a loyal customer of Vuori for many years and absolutely adore the brand. Their colors, designs, products, and overall quality consistently meet my expectations. Today, I visited the store and encountered a girl named Evie who unfortunately had a rather unpleasant attitude. While the staff is usually incredibly friendly and accommodating, Evie's demeanor didn't align with the Vuori brand's positive energy.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at Vuori in Carlsbad thanks to Alex. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for rather than just making a sale. Alex took the time to answer every question, explain the differences between products, and helped me narrow down my choices when I was completely stuck with decision fatigue. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare. Alex is a huge asset to the Vuori team, and because of him I’ll absolutely be returning to this location. If you’re shopping at Vuori Carlsbad, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex. Thank you again, Alex, for going above and beyond! 👏🙌

  I love visiting Vuori activewear store of Del Mar Highlands at Carmel Valley for their good quality clothings and excellent customer services. However, it was a surprised disappointment when I visited Vuori at the Forum of Carlsbad around 10:30am on June 10, 2026. There was no greeting of 'Welcome', nor any offer of assistance, that I usually received from the other Vuori store and most other stores. The three sales associates there were not busy and I was the only customer at the time. A couple of them looked me in the eyes but treated me as if I did not exist. However, they did shout out "Welcome" and offered immediate assistance to a white lady who walked into the store a few minutes after me. Were the salespersons in this store blind to the non-white people?? Or ?? Thereafter, I bought my sportswear from their neighboring stores at NIKE and Lululemon. The salespersons in those stores are always very patient, helpful, and professional!

  The quality of the clothing is outstanding, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Every time I come back, the customer service is exceptional. Luke is always so helpful and I can't thank him enough. Staff like that is why I love shopping at this store!

  Well, you know, it's that time of year to kind of update your wardrobe so my favorite place for the last 10 or so years has been Viuori. Last week I went, and as soon as I walked in the door, this lovely man Connor asked what he could help me with and I said I want something light that I can wear to dinner that isn't a fabric that is going to be too heavy and he took me to a shirt that was absolutely perfect. But that's not really the story I'm going to tell, after I left the store I got a call from Connor saying did I drop a $20 bill? Well, I keep my cash next to my wallet in my pants and I was pretty sure that it was me that dropped the $20 bill. So when I got to my next stop, I looked at my cash and yes, I was missing a $20 bill. I could not believe that any employee would care about a customer and a $20 bill. Superstar. He said he put in an envelope and I could come in and get it tomorrow. Who does that? Connor does that, you talk about earning a customers loyalty while he just did it.

  In and out. I was on a mission. I knew what I was looking forward. I looked around and could not find it, so I sought out the help of a sales associate. I'm sorry I forgot her name. She understood the assignment. She told me wait one I got it in the back and within minutes I was checking out. Great experience comparing to the Carlsbad, CA store.

  Hands down my fav vuori because of the men and women that work here. I’m here a lot. They are always so friendly and so amazing with my special needs son. Seriously nice people. They always help me with sizes and style and honest feedback if something doesn’t look good, but the kindness they show towards my kids, is the reason I’ll keep going to this specific store. Thank you!
