  I encountered a really nice rep the day after New Years who was very helpful, but she didn’t show me all the pants that were available. I came home and found the pair I wanted to try on so I called to see if they had the size in stock for me to try because I wasn’t sure if I was a small or X-small. The rep who answered basically told me it was a hassle to check the X-small for me back in stock because they are busy. The thing is…I was going to drive to the store to buy it - just wanted to make sure they had it. I was going to get it for my birthday this week too. Is this how the store treats customers who buy? UPDATE: I called the cherry Creek store and they checked it for me immediately and saved it for me without any complaints. I was able to buy the correct size! The store at Cherry Creek is bigger too and provided great service! Thank you for the service cherry Creek Vuori!

  I had an issue with an online order and popped into the store to seek help. Manager Kim and her staff were fantastic and really helped me out. I am most appreciative and this is customer service at its absolute finest!

  The Park Meadows location offers poor service. One would think as expensive and high quality as their clothes are, Vuori could train employees to go above and beyond to provide quality customer service.

  Lori, Danielle, Austin, Kim, and the entire team were absolutely the best! For all intents and purposes, I’m not someone who usually enjoys shopping, actually loathe it, but I needed some sharp clothes for a huge business trip — presenting in front of thousands of people and C-level executives — on short notice. I went in, gave them a few vague ideas, and within 30 minutes they had me completely taken care of. I walked out with some of the best outfits I’ve ever owned. The store is great, but the people are even better. Shirts are so soft hehe. I used to go to Untuckit, but this experience changed that for good. Thank you so much to Lori and the team — keep up the amazing work, and God bless!

  First time shopping in store and had a lovely time! I was greeted and helped right away. I was looking for others or sweatpants and the associate asked questions, showed me different options, and hyped me up. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and the cashier even applied a discount for being a new shopper.

  I love this brand of clothing. The materials they use are so soft and comfortable. I gave it only 4 stars because I wish the pricing was more affordable.
