pretty bad experience with the female floor shopping experience. While there are more than 2 staffs at the counter, either one can remember to bring a style with a size I wanted after I asked for 3 times. And quite chaotic with the counter display. Very disappointed. I do love the material and design of clothes of this brand. Will only shop online for this brand.

I was served by a petite girl who I think went by Reece. She was gorgeous!Even though I only brought a cap, she showed me what you have online and truly tried to locate what I wanted because it wasn't in stock. Amazing!

I visited a few days ago and was helped by a young woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She had blonde, curly hair and was very petite. She was extremely helpful when it came to choosing clothes for myself and Christmas gifts. Even though her section was very busy, she went above and beyond to help me. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

We attended the event organized by Vuori to meet Jack Draper. We knew there was a chance we might not get to meet him, but the disappointment was still significant. After waiting for so long, the experience left a negative impression: the management and marketing efforts were not up to standard, and Vuori ended up giving a poor image of the brand. I will definitely not be purchasing their products.
